Welcome to Iamkyt.com, I am so pleased that you have stopped by my blog. My name is Karen, and I am 22 years old. I am a college graduate on the path towards a career in medicine and nutrition. I am a sister, friend, daughter, cousin, dreamer. But most importantly I am a servant of Jesus Christ.
A little background; I have two younger sisters and two amazing parents. I grew up in a house that spoke about Christ, I was thought the basics but it never truly resonated. I did not truly encounter Christ until sophomore year of college when I attended Bethel Campus Fellowship (BCF) national conference. This conference opened my eyes to the power of God. God wasn’t just a power that was watching over me but a power that I could tap into every day.
Fortunately, God was just beginning His work in me. Fast forward two years and I have had experiences and obstacles that have shown me just how deep the love of Christ can be. I feel as though God has prepared me for such a time as this. The Lord has washed me anew, has saved me, and has created me for a purpose. My mistakes are no longer keeping me bound, I am walking into my future with hope and expectation. I feel called to empower other ladies through my stories, experiences, pictures and thoughts. God has assigned you on this earth for a purpose. No matter what you have done in the past, you no longer have to live with shame. Repent and walk in freedom, God has a new name for you. I pray that I will be able to reveal even an ounce of God’s love and power over my life through this blog.
