Karen Yango is a 20 something-year-old gal from Washington DC. She is a sister, daughter, friend, cousin and most importantly a servant of Jesus Christ. She believes in God’s second chances and the ability to have a future that is far greater than the past. She hopes to share her testimony, experiences, and wisdom with other young women hoping that they will be encouraged to live for Christ and chase their passions and dreams. When she is not writing for IAMKYT.com, she enjoys reading, shopping, teaching, traveling, learning about healthy eating and spending time with loved ones.

She received a Bachelor’s degree in Neurobiology & Physiology at the University of Maryland, College Park.

IAMKYT.com is a faith and lifestyle blog launched in 2016 with hopes to encourage young women by sharing the love of Christ and Karen Yango’s experiences through visual and written storytelling. Women are all divinely sewn with love, power, strength, and grace. Through salvation, God has renewed us, not to sit around but to march forward in purpose. But there is no way that we can achieve our purpose and live a beautiful life apart from Jesus Christ. IAMKYT seeks to inspire women to pursue Christ with all of their heart, might, and power so that they may achieve the impossible. On IAMKYT, Karen Yango and guest tackle issues of relationships, wellness, lifestyle, career and all things in between that the young millennial women might need. If you are ready to embark on this journey called life with Karen, then this is the place for you.

Forget the shame and mistakes of the past and focus on the present and future days. The former things have passed away and the best is yet to come! Thanks for stopping by, we hope you stick around.

“The latter glory of this house shall be greater than the former, says the LORD of hosts. And in this place I will give peace, declares the LORD of hosts.” Haggai 2:9
